Missing Poole Man - Appeal For Public Help

John Veal, of Petersham Road in Poole, was reported missing at about 11.30pm on Thursday, 16 June 2011, and was last seen at 9.30am that day.
Police Constable Martin Strange, of Bournemouth and Poole police, said: “We need to find John as a matter of urgency and establish that he is safe and well as he may not be able to take good care of himself.
“He has not taken his mobile phone and his worried family say it is unusual for him to go missing for this length of time.
“John suffers from diabetes and has high blood pressure. He has not taken his medication with him.”
John Veal is white, of medium build, five feet nine inches tall, has short grey hair and wears glasses.
He was wearing blue jeans, a brown fleece and brown trainers.
PC Strange continued: “John’s electric bike was found at Poole Railway Station.
“I am appealing for anyone who has seen John to contact police urgently.
